We base in Alps

On Sunday, August 29, Spartak went to the second training camp in Bormio which will be for 2 weeks.
The name of small comune which population is less than 5 thousands is in the list of European ski resorts. And it's clear. Bormio is situated near Alps. But the place on the boarder of Italy and Switzerland is actively visited not only by skiers.
Basketball players like representatives of some other sports prepare for a season in mountains. It's famous for a long time that highlands affect good for health of sportsmen.  In autumn Bormio is the training base for some basketball teams from different countries. This fact permits coaches to train playing combinations in game conditions - during friendly games. The choice of competitors is big. Spartak also will have 8 games during 2 weeks. We give their schedule later.
The head coach of Spartak Zvi Sherf said about the first camp and plans for the second: "We had excellent camp in Finland. It's really so. The frienly game wasn't important. But the problem is that we haven't all the team now. There were only 2 players in Finland who we plan to see in starting five and some players who will play from the bench. As I said the absence of the players who are in National teams influences on the preparation of our team. Also the situation with Levance affected to it. We planned that he would play important role on the ground in this season but it was happened so that he had to left the team. The players who were in Finland worked hard and good.
Now we have camp in Italy, we continue to prepare for the season and we'll have some friendly games in the first half of Seprember. Then we go to tournament in Turkey".
